I'm not touching ANY buttons when it happens. Do you have a setup that might have CNTRL+H and CNTRL+T dual mapped to other functions? From what I can tell, to have it control course and altitude each of those functions need to be activated separately and that makes this problem really strange. Other shortcut keys like Heading (CNTRL+H) will power AP up and select that function. The default AP on/off key is Z, but it only toggles the unit's power.
